From participating in these group meetings i have learned that they play an essential role within the film making process as they all group members to convey their ideas and opinions which often leads to better decisions. My group and i worked well with this process as we had a similar thought process and vision for our music video which made the process far more simpler. If were to do this again i would consider making the overall plot of the music video a little more conventional as this may make our music video seem more appealing to our chosen target audience.

from the few lyrics we were able to analyse the general message that is
trying to be portrayed.

This post demonstrates some proficient understanding of why group meetings are essential to include. The table that you have included, helps to show some understanding of the various meetings that took place, but you need to ensure that you have included dates for when you had a meeting and when things had to be completed, to demonstrate further group planning techniques.
